**Membership fees plus any applicable taxes will be due upon the day of signup and will automatically resume on a month-to-month basis unless Membership is terminated in accordance with the cancellation terms below. Monthly dues and/or renewal fees will be withdrawn on the same day of each month. Credits cannot be gifted and can only be used by a Member. Unused credits roll over into the next month and can be stockpiled for up to 3 months. Expired credits have no remaining value. Additionally, all Members receive a 10% discount on products and services at SKIN AND BROW HAUS (some exclusions may apply). Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.** Haus standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all Haus Members. If a Member misses, cancels, or changes a monthly service credit/s appointment outside of this designated time, Member will forfeit any credits accordingly. If a Member books a full priced service/s with a Member discount, 50% of the total services booked will be charged. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change an appointment, a Member must call the Haus directly.
