We are legally required to collect tax. Therefore, any applicable taxes will be at time of order. Due to COVID there are currently No Returns or Exchanges. You must contact us with any order issues within 3 business days after order is received.

If you choose in-haus pick-up, we'll send you an email update once your order is ready for pick up with details on when you can stop by and an easy link to our location.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING We offer direct to your-haus delivery at a flat rate of $15. Most direct orders arrive within 3 days of order. We do not deliver on weekends or Holidays. Skin & Brow Haus ships within the U.S. only. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that when you submit your order, that you have provided the correct shipping address. You will receive an invoice via email once your order ships with a tracking number. We strives for a quick turnaround on customer orders. In order to maintain a seamless shipping process, we do not permit any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Orders that are refused delivery or sent back to us for a return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please review your order prior to submission on the website, phone, or in an email. Please ensure we have the correct shipping address, shipping method, and you have confirmed the items ordered checking sizes, quantities, and shades. Shipping times and deliveries are not guaranteed. Holiday Peak Seasons and inclement weather may affect the on-time arrival of your packages. Please note, we begin preparing your order immediately, therefore no change or additions can be made once your order has been placed. If you wish to make a change or addition, a new order must be placed.
